The Home Project is a collection of several projects, all with the aim of uplifting humanity. The purpose of Four Times for Health is to provide a daily routine based on the natural rhythms within our bodies and in nature. This can lead to less stress, better health and possibly a longer life. The routines are deceptively simple but the combination is very powerful. Our current society has been based on profitability since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution to the cost of our needs as human beings. Following Four Times for Health can result in fewer but more effective working hours by working when our bodies are at their peak and resting when it is needed. Prerequisites: None Do you wake up in the morning harmoniously? We will accompany you to have a calm and invigorating start of the day. This course will introduce you to the first part at 6 am to 7 am, a smooth and calm awakening with meditation and Qi-Gong. This practice will increase your immunity system and is a powerful healthy way to start your day. It will bring you calmness to your busy live.
