Advanced course in Four Times for Health

Service Description

This course goes to a deeper level of understanding what is happening in our bodies throughout the daily cycle. Every two hours, our bodies move through different cycles where certain organs are active or are in need of rest. This is called the organ clock, which has come to us from the ancient teachings of the Dao. Through studying this in depth we are able to understand how this effects our physical and emotional state of being. Timing:12 weeks Prerequisites: Introductory course in Four Times for Health
